The contract is valid for the specified period. 4. Payment Conditions Payments are made according to the payment conditions listed on the mediation platform. The platform can act as a payment service provider, if explicitly agreed. Any additional fees (e.g., final cleaning, security deposit) are shown in the property description. 5. Cancellation & Rebooking Cancellations and rebookings are subject to the rules of the lessor, stated in the property description or the rental agreement. The platform may assist with the mediation of cancellations, but is not itself a contracting party. 6. Liability The mediation platform is not liable for the actual fulfillment of the rental agreement but merely establishes contact between the parties. The lessor is solely responsible for any material or financial damages arising from the use of the mediated accommodation. 7. Obligations of the Tenant The tenant is obliged to comply with the house rules, treat the property with care, and report any damages immediately. Maximum occupancy and any restrictions (e.g., pets, smoking) are determined by the lessor. 8. Data Protection Personal data is processed exclusively for mediation and booking purposes and will only be disclosed to third parties if there is a legal obligation to do so. 9. Final Provisions The place of jurisdiction is the seat of the agent, where legally permissible. The law of the platform’s country of residence applies.
